 After the success of Agneepath and Kancha Cheena's moves in the Chikni Chameli item number, Sanjay Dutt seems to be the most wanted item boy in Bollywood. For his upcoming film Zilla Ghaziabad, Sanjay Dutt will be seen growing to a song composed by Bappi Lahiri's son Bappa titled Main Item No.1. South Indian actress Shreya Saran will join Sanjay in this dance number.
Mumbai Mirror has learnt that initially, there were no plans of an item song featuring Sanjay in the film. "Sanjay's character is rugged. He doesn't sing or dance. But after Agneepath, the makers decided to include an item song with Sanjay in it," revealed a source close to the film.
The song will be shot in Kamalistan studio from February 5 - 8 and will be choreographed by Ganesh Acharya, who also worked on Chikni Chameli.
Refusing to divulge details of the item number, producer Vinod Bachchan simply said, "Yes, we have decided to add an item song featuring Dutt saab. And it is going to surprise everyone.

 Isha Khoppikhar takes a potshot at Katrina Kaif's item number in Agneepath 


Isha Khoppikhar recently performed at the Nasik Festival on the Marathi superhit track Kombdi Pallali, the song that inspired Katrina Kaif's item song Chikni Chameli in Ageneepath. 
Says a source, "Isha has been telling people that had she been given Chikni Chameli song, she would have danced better than Katrina. She even confessed that the Kombdi Pallali performance was an ode to Maharshtra from their own Marathi mulgi and she prefers Kombdi Pallali to Chikni Chameli." 
When quizzed about whether she prefers Kombdi Pallali over Chikni Chameli, the actress affirms, "Kombdi Pallali is a classic Marathi number. its got this rustic raw appeal. I feel that the song is best when it's in Marathi. When I heard Chikni Chameli, I felt that it doesn't even come close to Kombdi Pallali in terms of the fun element."

It was reported recently that actor Priyanka Chopra who plays Kaali in the remake of 1990’s cult hit Agneepath, has a role no bigger than a cameo in the film. While co-writer, Ila Bedi Datta disagrees, the actor has now admitted that her part is not lengthy but the role that was offered 

It’s small but not inconsequential. Kaali lives for Vijay and his happiness. She’s ready to fight life’s situations with a smile for him,” says Priyanka.

“Everyone knows it’s basically a revenge story between Vijay and Kancha Cheena. So naturally, I couldn’t become the focus of the plot. Kaali is important for the story to move further.
